Thank you for visiting Texas Clinical Supervision.

Choosing a clinical supervisor is one of the most important professional decisions you'll make. My goal is to provide a structured, supportive learning environment where LMSWs can strengthen their clinical knowledge, build professional confidence, and prepare for independent clinical practice.

I believe supervision should be more than completing required hours. It should help you become a thoughtful, ethical, and confident clinical social worker.

Clinical Experience

Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across a variety of clinical settings. My experience includes hospital social work, crisis intervention, child welfare, foster care, community mental health, and private practice. These experiences have shaped my approach to supervision and reinforced the importance of strong clinical reasoning, ethical decision-making, and lifelong professional growth.

Before becoming a clinical social worker, I spent 15 years as a CT Technologist in a Level I Trauma Center. Working alongside physicians, nurses, and emergency personnel gave me a deep appreciation for interdisciplinary collaboration, crisis response, and compassionate patient care—experiences that continue to influence my work as a clinician and supervisor.
